What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and how does it complicate your life?

It seems its underlying conditions are not easily explained in the conventional medical world. It’s not just a matter of being constantly tired. Rather, it’s a serious condition that actually worsens with physical or even mental activity. It’s not as simple as one saying, “Come on, let’s get going,” then pushing yourself to get over it. In fact, it doesn’t even improve by getting more rest.

What does CFS look like? The symptoms are varied but the list is long. It includes things such as:

  • An overall daily fatigue
  • Muscle or joint pain for no apparent reason
  • Severe body pain which can become immobilizing
  • Sleep that isn’t refreshing
  • Enlarging of the lymph nodes usually in the neck or armpits.
  • Headaches
  • Memory problems
  • Difficultly with focus and concentration
  • Dizziness that worsens with elevating from a lying position
  • Extreme fatigue after exercise or mental exertion.

It can be seen how this would easily do away with your vibrant ability to effectively function throughout the day. Issues with work performance or even work absence become a real problem. Social isolation and even depression all create drastic lifestyle restrictions.

How does CFS develop? Although it’s largely unclear, it is presumed that while some people fall susceptible to it after having a viral infection, for others it’s about immune system deficiencies, stemming from internal, systemic inflammation. Many who have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome have also been shown to have hormonal imbalances; more specifically adrenal-related that can lead up to being an autoimmune condition. ME (Myalgic Encephalopathy), RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) and Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome (PVFS) are all related to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as well.

Having a positive effect over one’s wellness needs to be a starting point. It will come down to taking in nutrient dense, anti-inflammatory foods, at the right time, and supporting the natural processes in your body with our proprietary Micro-Nutrient Reset Formula. This alchemy found in the iHEALTHe 31 Day Reset Plan aids the body in regulating systemic inflammation, hormonal imbalance and calms the nervous system of the body, resulting in an overall positive health shift.
